Role Description: We are looking to appoint a Fire Safety consultant, working from home, ideally based in the Southeast, UK, to undertake:
- Fire Risk Assessments
- Fire Door Surveys
- Fire Compartmentation Surveys
- Fire Evacuation / Strategies
- Technical Peer Reviews of Consultant’s Fire Safety Reports

International fire safety experience would be a plus
Not a full-time post, the Associate Contractor envisages 2 to 3 days a week
Qualifications:
- Member of the National Fire Risk Assessors Register (NFRAR)
- A Level 4 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment, Fire Safety Management, or a closely related field.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management.
- Membership of recognised professional bodies such as the Institute of Fire Prevention Officers or the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE), or Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
- Fire Door Level 3 certification

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good Presentation skills.
- Great IT skills.
- Able to travel to clients’ locations in and around London.
- Organisational skills to be able to manage a busy work schedule.
- Deliver engaging and informative, tailored face-to-face / Virtual fire safety training.
- Ability to provide pragmatic recommendations.
- Qualifications and Professional Memberships relevant to your location's legal requirements.???
