Thomas Gray is delighted to be partnering with a growing specialist consultancy as they look to appoint an experienced Fire Safety professional to support the next phase of their expansion.

As Fire Safety Lead, you’ll:
- Lead and mentor a team of surveyors
- Remain hands-on with complex fire risk assessments, technical reviews, and quality assurance
- Be the go-to technical expert, working closely with clients to deliver practical, risk-based solutions
- Ensure the highest standards across every project
We are looking for an experienced Fire Safety professional with:
- A strong background in residential fire risk assessments
- Excellent knowledge of current fire safety legislation
- Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams
- A Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment qualification (or equivalent)
- The confidence to make decisions, influence others, and drive continuous improvement
