Thomas Gray is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and respected organisation as they look to appoint a Fire Safety Manager to lead the delivery of their fire safety compliance programme across a diverse residential property portfolio.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fire Safety professional to join an organisation where building safety is a genuine priority. Working as part of a forward-thinking property and compliance team, you’ll have the autonomy to shape fire safety strategy, lead a dedicated team and drive continuous improvement across a varied portfolio of residential buildings.

You’ll take ownership of fire safety compliance, overseeing fire risk assessment programmes, managing contractors and compliance works, developing policies and procedures, and providing expert guidance to senior stakeholders. Alongside leading a small team, you’ll play a key role in embedding a proactive fire safety culture, ensuring statutory compliance and delivering meaningful improvements that directly enhance customer safety.
We’re looking for an experienced Fire Safety professional with a strong understanding of fire safety legislation, compliance management and residential property. You’ll have previous experience leading teams and managing contractors, alongside the confidence to influence stakeholders, drive performance and deliver high-quality compliance programmes.
