Fire Safety Project Delivery Manager

We have a new opportunity for a Fire Safety Project Delivery Manager to join the Guinness team on a fixed term contract, initially for a 6-month period.

As a Fire Safety Project Delivery Manager, you will lead the delivery of large-scale and complex fire and building safety programmes, ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the delivery of fire and building safety programmes, including FRA remediation, statutory fire safety works, and wider building safety interventions.
  • Acting as the senior technical and delivery lead on complex fire and building safety projects, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality outcomes.
  • Managing project budgets, contracts, and programme delivery to ensure compliance with fire, building safety, and construction legislation.

What we are looking for

We know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. In addition to bringing extensive project and programme delivery experience, you will demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to make independent decisions within your area of responsibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
