What will you be doing
- Attend to Planned Preventative Maintenance calls as directed by team coordinators
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks according to established PPM programs.
- Documenting maintenance activities, identifying potential problems, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Rectify all faults on the first visit where rectification is within your control.
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collection/recording of site configuration information, ensuring that the Asset Register is correct
- Maintain car stock (spares) levels

What we are looking for
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience installing or servicing (including Preventative Maintenance activities) a wide product base of access control systems, CCTV systems and intruder alarm systems.
- Experience of installing or servicing fire alarm systems servicing (including Preventative Maintenance activities), ideally GENT based.
- Knowledge of basic electrical principals such as measuring voltage and current drain
- Good attention to detail in order to ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and procedures are followed within the allotted timescales.
- An enthusiastic team player who is able to work well under pressure and maintain a professional approach at all times.
- Comfortable working irregular hours

There is also some must haves
- Must be able to pass BS7858 screening.
- Clean full UK driving license, with no more than 6 points.
- Enhanced DBS.
- Some government sites will require further screening.
