An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Systems Engineer in our Fire and Security Systems business team.

This role will be covering Bristol and the surrounding area.

What you will be doing

  • Carry out a rolling programme of preventative maintenance
  • Rectify all faults
  • Carry out weekly testing
  • Collection/recording of site tests configuration information
  • Maintain client stock (spares) levels
  • Provide training to customers and colleagues as required
  • Maintain customers asset register information
  • Carry out any additional tasks that may be required

  • An Electrical/Electronic qualification
  • GENT training certification
  • A broad IT knowledge, i.e. Windows, Excel, etc.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical principles such as measuring voltage and current drain
  • Good attention to detail in order to ensure that all paperwork is correctly completed and procedures are followed within the allotted timescales.
