Suppression Service Engineer – Fire suppression systems

Location: South of the UK (No London Travel)

Package: Competitive base salary + Uncapped Commission + Enhanced Overtime

Trinity Fire & Security Systems are seeking an experienced Suppression Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and support across our client portfolio, ensuring system integrity and compliance at all times. Working across the South of the United Kingdom, you will be servicing and maintaining fire and gas suppression systems to British standards.

What’s in it for you?

  • Local work, less travel – enjoy a better work-life balance.
  • Uncapped commission & enhanced overtime – your effort truly pays off.
  • Ongoing training with leading systems such as Ansul.
  • Career progression – we invest in our engineers for the long term.

The Role

You’ll carry out scheduled servicing, maintenance, and minor remedial work, ensuring all systems perform effectively and meet regulatory and company standards. Working as part of a skilled regional team, you’ll be supported by dedicated service administrators and technical specialists.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
