First Aider Administrator – Oasis Academy Brislington, Bristol
Salary: £25,878 - £26,403 FTE Actual Salary: £20,454 - £20,869 (Pro-Rata) Hours: 34 hours per week, **5 days, including ** Term-Time Only contract. Flexibility: Reduced hours (30 hours covering 9am – 3pm) may be considered for exceptional candidates.

The Role
As part of the Academy Support Team, you will champion an environment promoting healthy living and respond effectively to the first aid needs of students and staff.
The role involves:
- Providing up to date, healthy, community-focused wellbeing services
- Offering quality first aid responses to an academically vibrant and diverse community.
- Working closely with FSAs and Health & Safety teams to maintain a safe environment.
- Achieving an Alexandrian First Aid Award to cover all aspects of basic to advanced first aid needs
While no existing first aid or medical background is mandatory, full training is provided.
