First Class Geography Graduate Responsibilities:
- Will support teaching and learning across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Assist with lesson preparation, classroom delivery and learning activities
- Deliver targeted interventions and support students in developing confidence in Geography
- First Class Geography Graduate will work with small groups and individual pupils to improve progress
- Support teachers with behaviour management and classroom routines
- Develop practical teaching experience ahead of becoming an ECT
First Class Geography Graduate Requirements:
- Applicants must hold a First Class degree in Geography or a closely related subject
- Strong academic background and excellent subject knowledge are essential
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable
- Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for education
- A commitment to supporting students and pursuing a teaching career is essential
