Are you a First-Class Graduate looking to support ambitious secondary school students, whilst sharing your academic expertise and enthusiasm? If so, this high-performing Secondary School have a fantastic opportunity for you!
A fantastic Secondary School in the Borough of Tower Hamlets are looking for First-Class Graduates for a September 2026 start. This is a School based contract, directly employed via the School.
What will this First-Class Graduate Mentor position involve?
- Supporting motivated students across a range of academic subjects
- Providing guidance on study skills, personal statements, and university applications
- Delivering 1:1 and group academic enrichment sessions
- Collaborating with teaching staff to support student progress and aspiration
- Scope to develop mentoring programmes for high-achieving pupils

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Mentoring high-achieving students across KS3-5
- Subject-specific academic support based on your expertise
- Delivering workshops, university application guidance, and enrichment sessions
£20,000 - £22,000 per annum Permanent Contract (Salary is based off exp) September 2026 Start Term Time Only Full Time Based in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets
ABOUT YOU
- A recent graduate with a First-Class Honours degree (any discipline)
- Experience working with young people in educational or mentoring contexts
- A confident and inspiring communicator
- A genuine passion for education and helping students reach their potential
- Strong academic background and excellent organisational skills
