Our Front of House (known as the First Impressions Team) are looking for a First Impressions Executive to support the effective and professional running of the firm’s front of house and client services operations.

Location: London
Hours: The First Impressions team works on a rota basis to ensure coverage between the hours of 08:00 to 19:00. The rota is based on a 35-hour working week
Office Days: 5 days per week in office

This is a great opportunity for a Front of House professional to join and support the First Impressions Team Leader plus the chance to be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the team in the Team Leader’s absence.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading by example to always maintain high service standards across the team
  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a polite and professional manner, monitoring the waiting times and ensuring that refreshments are arranged
  • Handling calls, messages, and queries efficiently, ensuring all communications are managed professionally and promptly
  • Monitoring a busy centralised First Impressions Team inbox and switchboard
  • Managing meeting room bookings, ensuring booking processes are followed and rooms are set up in accordance with requirements
  • Booking and arranging travel
  • Supporting the firm's Hospitality and Events teams with the organisation of events, including coordinating room bookings, gathering stakeholder requirements, and assisting with catering when required
  • Acting as an escalation point for the First Impressions Team when dealing with senior stakeholders at the firm

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent customer service and client facing experience in a corporate hospitality or professional services environment
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Experience of working within a very busy, deadline driven, environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, using initiative where appropriate
  • A proactive approach to developing knowledge and skills to meet the demands of the role
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
