Shift patterns: Fixed (weekday) day shift: Monday–Thursday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with an early Friday finish at 1:00 pm
Location: BT3 9ED

We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to plan, coordinate, manage and report upon the work activities of a team of Warehouse Colleagues. In this role, you will be providing effective leadership, both team and individual motivation, and ensuring all colleagues have the necessary training to carry out their role and development plans to work on throughout the year.
✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Managing a safe operation and role modelling a Safety First Culture with all individuals in the operation by applying and improving the Safety Standards Act as the secondary point of contact for the customer relating to site operation matters and build a good relationship to develop trust and ensure strong engagement. Management of the daily operation to ensure we meet our commitments to both customers & our own internal processes. Routine safety walks Demonstrate an active leadership style, taking full responsibility for driving an engagement culture in your area of responsibility
