✅ WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-performance operations while inspiring and motivating your team.
- Ensure Safety: Champion the highest safety standards and compliance, fostering a secure and healthy workspace for everyone.
- Monitor Performance: Drive continuous improvement by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and achievements.
- Foster Collaboration: Build a positive team culture that prioritises communication, accountability, and collective success.
