Pay Rate: £31,000 – £33,000 Grade: N Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift Patterns: Any 5 from 7. Rotational (06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00) Location: Liverpool L11 0JA

  • Lead the Team: Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-performance operations while inspiring and motivating your team.
  • Ensure Safety: Champion the highest safety standards and compliance, fostering a secure and healthy workspace for everyone.
  • Monitor Performance: Drive continuous improvement by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and achievements.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build a positive team culture that prioritises communication, accountability, and collective success.
