First Line Support Executive
Location: Southend-on-Sea (Hybrid Working) Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 pa + Benefits
Targa Viasat UK, part of the international Targa Telematics Group is growing and we’re looking for a First Line Support Executive to join our team.
If you have strong IT skills, great customer service experience and enjoy solving technical problems, this is an opportunity to build specialist knowledge in telematics, connected vehicle technology and IoT within a supportive forward-thinking company.

What you’ll be doing:
Managing inbound support calls and ticket queues Troubleshooting GPS, GSM and connected vehicle systems Working with CRM and ticketing platforms Delivering excellent customer service Documenting and resolving technical issues efficiently
What we’re looking for:
Experience in customer support or helpdesk roles Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office essential) Excellent communication skills Organised, calm and solutions-focused mindset Interest in telematics, fleet or connected technology (desirable)
