# Personal Injury Claims First Response Unit: Glasgow
Gildeas-Solicitors A fast-paced, independent and modern law firm with offices in Central Glasgow and Edinburgh, specialising in pursuer personal injury. Due to the expansion of their Glasgow office, they are now recruiting for the following position:
- Location: 83 West Regent St, Glasgow, G2 2BA
- Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, though flexible/alternate patterns may apply occasionally)
About the Role
At Gildeas, you’ll thrive in an exciting and supportive environment for building a career in law. As part of their First Response Unit, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, responsible for triaging and managing initial credit hire and personal injury claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the immediate contact for new clients, gathering detailed information with accuracy.
- Learn case management systems, onboarding clients, and assisting with initial file setup.
- Obtain client instructions via electronic signature software.
- Handle outgoing calls, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Scan, name, and organise correspondence/documents into the case management system.
- Provide compliant information (GDPR/legal guidance) via in-person interaction, phone, or email.
- Develop strong client relationship skills while maintaining rapport with stakeholders.

About You
Gildeas are looking for candidates with the following qualities:
- Proactive, with a "can-do" attitude.
- Conscientious, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and as part of their close-knit team.
- Highly effective communicator, sensitive to the client experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft tools, especially Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint. Advantageous: Prior experience with 3CX or office equipment.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
