Location: Uxbridge | Type: Full-Time Hybrid

Working hours: Monday to Friday Covering hours between 8am - 6pm (shifts 8-4:30pm & 9:30-6pm) 1 in 4 Saturdays 9:30am - 3:30pm 1 shift per week 10:30-7:30pm

We’ve been helping non-fault drivers get back on the road for 30 years, by providing like-for-like replacement vehicles, expert claims assistance and a genuinely caring service. As we continue to grow, we are looking for First Response Claims Handlers to join our fast-paced, fun and supportive team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a First Response Claims Handler, you’ll play a key role in the early stages of the claims process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling new accident referrals from our trusted partners and guiding our clients through the initial steps in their claim.
  • Investigating accident details to assess liability, damages and potential fraud!
  • Explaining our services and benefits to our clients in a clear & confident way - feeling confident in negotiating and sales skills is a benefit!
  • Organising suitable replacement vehicles quickly and efficiently.
  • Managing multiple client accounts with empathy and professionalism.
  • Making smart, commercial decisions that benefit both the customer and the business!
  • Delivering top-tier customer service with empathy & energy!
  • Promoting our services with confidence and care!
