The Role

A new and exciting opportunity has become available for a Physical Performance Coach to join us at Burnley Football Club in our Womens First Team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Club’s ongoing development and helping us deliver a first-class experience for players, staff, and supporters.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience in designing, implementing, and monitoring physical preparation programmes that optimise athlete performance, reduce injury risk, and support long-term player development.

Role Expectations

As the First Team Physical Performance Coach Women, you will be expected to:

Deliver individual and group strength and conditioning service to the players Work with Head of Performance in reviewing provision against best standard and seeking innovation Gather and analyse physical performance data to inform player’s programmes and ensure to remain upskilled on the appropriate performance technologies
