Braintree Town Football Club are actively seeking a First Team Physiotherapist to join the club for the 2026/27 season.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Physio to work alongside the Management Team for the 2026/27 Enterprise National League South campaign.
Wage/Expenses will be discussed during the interview, depending on experience. This role would require the applicant to be available for training sessions and first-team matchdays.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Lead medical and health-related care for our First Team players.
- Deliver physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, including pitch-side emergency care.
- Develop tailored injury prevention and recovery plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure full compliance with league regulations.
- Liaise with external consultants and specialists if required.
- Promote a culture of well-being and high standards.

Desirable Skills and Experience
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Physiotherapy or Sports Science.
- Registered with the HCPC and CSP.
- Experience within a sporting or medical environment.
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Organized, professional, and confident working independently and as part of a wider team.
- ITMMiF or ATMMiF qualified (required).
