About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team and support the successful delivery of high-quality projects. Working closely with the Estimating Manager, Commercial, Production, and Design teams, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing accurate bills of quantities
- Analysing tender and contract documentation
- Obtaining competitive quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Producing comprehensive tender submissions
The role requires strong commercial awareness, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to identify project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions. You will build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors, contribute to the development of historical cost data, and ensure a smooth handover of successful tenders to project delivery teams.

The Successful Joinery Estimator Must Have
- Joinery manufacturing experience
- A good understanding of manufacturing and installation processes
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
- The ability to build effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
