Role Description
3D Personnel is seeking a dedicated Fit Out Manager for a full-time, on-site position in London. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing fit-out projects to ensure they are executed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The Fit Out Manager will liaise with clients, manage subcontractors, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Additional responsibilities include tracking project progress, problem-solving on-site issues, managing deliveries, and ensuring all finishing works align with project specifications.
The Person
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the management of fit-out trades. A strong technical knowledge of dry wall systems, acoustic detailing, firestopping detailing, and joinery works is essential.

The candidate will join a team on a £50m project in central London and will be responsible for the fit-out across a section of the build. They will report directly to the Site Based Project Manager.

- Strong communication skills

Ideally the candidate is degree qualified; however, applicants from a trades-based background would also be welcome.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in managing fit-out projects, including scheduling, quality control, and resource allocation
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise subcontractors and cross-functional teams
- In-depth understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction sector
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address on-site challenges effectively
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Educational background in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in construction or project management are a plus
- Experience in delivering high-quality interior and exterior finishes is advantageous
