As our project portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team and help deliver projects to the highest standard.
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong joinery background to oversee the day-to-day delivery of our interior fit-out projects.
Working closely with the Project Manager, clients, subcontractors and suppliers, you'll be responsible for managing site activities, coordinating trades, maintaining quality standards and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and in line with client expectations.
This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear and accurate site reports.
Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently.
- Monitor programme progress and proactively manage site activities to achieve project milestones.
- Ensure high-quality joinery and interior fit-out works are completed to specification.
- Carry out regular quality inspections and manage snagging throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce accurate daily and weekly site reports, recording progress, labour, materials and any issues affecting programme or quality.
- Maintain excellent communication with the Project Manager, clients and the wider project team.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Organise site logistics, deliveries and resources to maximise productivity.
- Identify site issues early and work collaboratively to implement practical solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
