Everlast Personal Trainer – Join Our Fearless Fitness Team

Company Description

With great earning potential and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, exciting, and inspiring environment, Everlast Gyms is seeking minimum Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers (or CIMSPA Practitioner Certified) to join our mission: helping members find their "Greatness from within".

As an Everlast Personal Trainer, you’ll work as part of a supportive team dedicated to transforming members from their ‘good’ to their ‘Great’. With a ready-made client base, state-of-the-art facilities, best-in-class support, development opportunities, group training programmes, and a rapidly growing brand, there’s no better place to build your business and advance your fitness career.

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We offer flexible agreement options ranging from 8–16 hours per week, based on your industry experience and career goals:

  • Deliver MOVE sessions, participate in gym events, group training, and general customer service
  • Focus on new member sales and retention, while supporting team goals (e.g., secondary product profitability)
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation to represent our brand
  • As your client base grows, reduce gym-floor hours to maximise Personal Training income

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Personal Training Qualification
  • CIMSPA membership (“Practitioner” level certification)
  • Public Liability Insurance
