Fitness Coach
Level 3 Personal Trainer Roles at Everlast Gyms (Formerly Frasers Group)
About the Role
We’re seeking minimum Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers (or CIMSPA Practitioner certified) to join our Ellachopper Everlast Gyms. Help our members unlock their ‘Greatness from within’ and elevate your fitness career in a fast-paced, inspiring environment with high earning potential.
As an Everlast Personal Trainer, you’ll be part of a dedicated team committed to transforming members from ‘good’ to ‘great’. Enjoy:

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Work core gym floor hours part-time (8–16 hours/week) to build your client base and offer professional support
- Assist with new member sales and member retention to strengthen profitability
- Promote our signature products, including group training classes
- Participate in the exclusive MOVE program, our member onboarding initiative
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and brand representation
- Engage in monthly business mentorship sessions with your Fitness Manager
