We offer:
- A hybrid role: Employed Fitness Coach (part-time, 12 hours/week across 3 x 4-hour shifts) with a monthly salary.
- Self-employed Personal Trainer opportunities, working outside your employed hours.

Role Overview
You’ll engage with members before and throughout their visits to JD Gyms to ensure they enjoy a world-class experience:
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Maintain excellent member interaction, inductions, and group exercise classes.
Key Responsibilities
Each day, you’ll focus on delivering exceptional member experiences such as:
- Consistently engaging with club members while on the gym floor.
- Offering welcoming, brand-aligned prospective member tours.
- Teaching engaging group exercise classes.
- Conducting informative member inductions.
- Supporting prospective members with the registration process as required.
- Ensuring club standards are met through spot checks and accurate record-keeping.
- Covering ad hoc member support and issues for a seamless experience.
- Adhering to high cleanliness standards set by gym management.
- Maintaining brand consistency across all operations while ensuring health and safety compliance.
- Tracking and analysing member feedback, performance analytics, and presenting data for process improvements.

Skills & Experience
Ideal candidates have:
- A passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing.
- Demonstrates JD Gyms’ brand standards and values in everything they do.
- An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility—happy to adapt to different client needs.
- Resilience, ease with feedback, and prioritises excellent member experience.
- A Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification.
