About The Role
Fitness Experience
Are you passionate about fitness and inspiring others to achieve their goals? Do you thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment? Join our team as a Fitness Experience Team Member and help our guests and members go further in life through fitness!
As a Fitness Experience Team Member, you will play a vital role in assisting our guests and members on their fitness journey. You’ll be more than just a fitness instructor; you’ll be an ambassador of our brand, embodying our values and helping create a welcoming, motivating environment.
What you’ll be doing…
- Lead Fitness Classes: Teach and represent our signature FF Fitness classes, providing expert guidance and motivation to participants both in the studio and on the gym floor.
- Enhance Member Experience: Engage with guests and members, promoting a culture of open conversation and connection. You’ll be integral in ensuring every visit is exceptional.
- Member Retention: Take a proactive role in retaining members, fostering strong relationships, and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
- Maintain Standards: Ensure that gym and studio areas, as well as equipment, are always clean, safe, and functional.
- Multifunctional Teamwork: Participate in guest tours, sales, and member interactions on the gym floor. Support team members with holiday cover, duty responsibilities, and more.
- Key Holder Responsibilities: Conscientiously manage opening and closing duties as per the club rota, following all procedures.
- Outreach & Promotion: Conduct reach-out sessions in public areas to promote the FF brand and increase club membership, ensuring all activities align with our values.

About You
What are we looking for…
- Fitness Qualification: Minimum Level 2 fitness qualification (or currently working towards it).
- Class Instruction: Ability to deliver high-standard fitness classes in both studio and gym settings.
- Industry Knowledge: Satisfactory knowledge of the fitness industry and current trends.
- Teamwork: Strong ability to work effectively within a team.
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships within the club and during external promotions.
- Flexibility: Adaptable to business needs, including covering shifts at short notice.
- Target Driven: Ability to meet set targets and deadlines with self-motivation and proactivity.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Approachable: Friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
