Role Overview

We are seeking passionate individuals to deliver world-class gym member experiences, ensuring our environment is clean, engaging, and aligned with our brand standards.


Responsibilities

*At the Club:

  • Place member experience at the core of your role
  • Guide prospective member tours, maintaining our brand standards
  • Lead engaging group exercise classes
  • Conduct member inductions with clarity and enthusiasm
  • Assist prospective members in the joining process
  • Administer club standards checks, recording results accurately
  • Assist members on-demand, from advising on workout setup to general support
  • Oversee and uphold clinic cleanliness and compliance with gym management directives
  • Maintain high brand standards—ensuring gym safety and adherence to health & safety guidelines
  • Monitor service delivery and member feedback to improve performance
  • Preserve operational compliance at all times

Business Development (Self-Employed Aspect):

  • Set up a monthly rent plan to run a personal training business at JD Gyms (rent is among the lowest industry-wise, with 1st-month rent free)
  • Work independently but with support from JD Gyms’ PT Business Support team, offering courses, advice, and coaching
  • Benefit from free internal advertising and access to highly engaged JD Gyms members for client leads

Qualifications:

✔ Must hold a Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification
