Fitness Coach
**Level 3 Personal Trainer | Everlast Gyms
Company Description
With great earning potential and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, exciting, and inspiring environment, we are looking for minimum Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers (or CIMPSA Practitioner certified) to help members at Everlast Gyms unlock their ‘Greatness from within’.
As an Everlast Personal Trainer, you’ll join a forward-thinking team dedicated to transforming members from ‘good’ to ‘Great’. Job Description
We offer flexible agreement options from 8 to 16 hours per week, depending on your experience and goals. These paid hours allow you to:
- Build a strong client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, group training classes, and customer service
- Help with new member sales and member retention—key drivers of profitability for our clubs

All teams are expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and brand representation. As your business grows, you can reduce your gym hours to focus more on 1-to-1 and PT income.
