Everlast Personal Trainer – UK

About the Role

With great earning potential and the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced, inspiring, and exciting environment, Everlast Gyms are seeking minimum Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers (or **CIMSPA Practitioner-certified) to elevate our members’ journeys from ‘good’ to ‘Great’.

As an Everlast Personal Trainer, you’ll join a dedicated team driving client success while leveraging:

Job Responsibilities

As an Everlast Personal Trainer, your duties include:

Client & Business Growth

  • Deliver MOVE member onboarding sessions (key for new business development)
  • Engage in gym activations, challenges & group training classes
  • Increase client numbers through consistency and standout service
  • Reduce paid gym hours over time to maximise earning potential

Team & Brand Advocacy

  • Contribute to new member sales & retention efforts
  • Upsell secondary products that drive profitability
  • Maintain high standards of customer service & facility cleanliness at all times

Work Agreement Options

  • Flexible part-time agreements: 8–16 hours per week (based on experience and career goals)
  • Option to reduce gym hours if rampantly growing your PT client base
  • Freelance opportunities available if hourly terms aren’t suited

Qualifications Required

All candidates must hold:

  • Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
  • CIMSPA ‘Practitioner’ membership certification
  • Public Liability Insurance
