Fitness Coach
Employment Opportunity: Fitness Coach & Self-Employed Personal Trainer

Role: Employed Fitness Coach + Self-Employment in Personal Training
Key Features of the Role
- Part-time employment (12 hours/week, 3 x 4-hour shifts) as a Fitness Coach, with a monthly salary.
- Opportunity for self-employed Personal Training alongside your core role:
- Pay a monthly rent, run your self-sponsored PT business in-house at the gym, and access to thousands of potential clients (current and new members).
- Guidance from an internal PT Business Support Team—including training, insights, and mentorship.

- Ensure a consistently outstanding member experience: Engage with, inspire, and assist members on the gym floor.
- Deliver remarkable member journeys:
- Host welcoming prospective member tours and inductions, aligning with JD Gyms brand standards.
- Lead engaging and high-energy group exercise classes which inspire visit fevity and healthy routines.
- Foster immediate connections with new and existing members.
- Maintain pristine club standards:
- Conduct gym floor cleanliness checks, ensuring alignment with Gym Management procedures.
- Oversee brand compliance, safety, and health protocols.
- Utilise data and feedback:
- Track performance metrics and member feedback to refine service quality and operations.
- Gather insights to: support new ideas / initiatives / facilities enhancements.

- Flexible in approach, capable of tailoring interactions to individual personalities.

- Undergraduate focus: Provide authority and access to the member community to thrive within programmes.
- Level 3 (ESF Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification required.
