About the Role
With great earning potential and the opportunity to work within fast-paced, exciting, and inspiring environments, we’re seeking Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers (or CIMSPA Practitioner certified) to join our Everlast Gyms and continue helping members unlock their ‘Greatness from within’.
As an Everlast Personal Trainer, you’ll collaborate with an inspiring team dedicated to elevating members from their ‘good’ to their ‘Great’. Job Description
We offer various agreement options, typically 8–16 hours per week, depending on your industry experience and career goals. These guaranteed paid gym hours allow you to:
- Build a successful client base through MOVE sessions, gym events, group training, and customer service
- Focus on new member sales and member retention, while supporting revenue drivers
- Maintain high brand standards in cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism

Our philosophy emphasises rapid client growth: as your bookings expand, you can reduce gym floor responsibility to maximise earnings.
Note: Not all clubs currently offer hourly rates—freelance options are available where hourly agreements are unavailable.
Requirements
- Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer (or CIMSPA Practitioner Certificate)
- Current public liability insurance
- A passion for delivering uncompromising fitness excellence
