Contract Basis
- Employed: Part-time (12 hours a week)
- 3 x 4-hour shifts as a Fitness Coach
- Monthly salary
- Self-Employed: Monthly rent to run a Personal Training (PT) business within the gym

Role Overview
Your purpose: To ensure members experience world-class service every time they visit JD Gyms.
Responsibilities
- Place member experience at the heart of daily tasks.
- Deliver welcoming member:
- Tours of the club (aligned with JD Gyms standards)
- Engaging group exercise classes
- Inductions
- Support new members with joining JD Gyms when required.
- Enforce high gym standards:
- Regular club checks
- Maintain cleanliness and safety
- Record results accurately per procedures
- Offer proactive member assistance
- Uphold brand integrity:
- Safe, legal, compliant operations
- Membership data analysis, creative initiatives
- Instrumental in loan and expense monitoring
