Role Overview

Your purpose will be to engage with members and ensure they experience world-class service on every visit to JD Gyms. This involves:

  • Upholding the highest cleanliness standards
  • Leading member interactions on the gym floor
  • Conducting gym inductions
  • Teaching engaging group exercise classes

Responsibilities

  • Place member experience at the forefront of everything you do by engaging actively on the gym floor.
  • Deliver welcoming, brand-compliant member tours for prospective members.
  • Run engaging group exercise classes aligned with JD Gyms values.
  • Provide informative and engaging member inductions.
  • Support prospective members in joining JDGyms, where required.
  • Conduct club standards checks, ensuring accurate records and compliance with JD Gyms procedures.
  • Offer ad hoc support to members as needed (or observed).
  • Maintain top-tier cleanliness standards at all times, as defined by the Management and Operations team.
  • Ensure consistent brand compliance, along with adherence to all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor service delivery through performance reviews and member feedback.
  • Operate in a safe, legal, and compliant manner at all times.
  • Strengthen sustainability efforts—managing energy, environmental awareness, and waste properly.
  • Analyse key data and present insights to support innovative ideas, initiatives, or club developments.
