Fitness Coach

The Role

- Employed Fitness Coach (12 hours/week, 3x 4-hour shifts) – Earn a monthly salary and gain invaluable leadership development through our industry-leading management career progression programmes.

Key Responsibilities (Fitness Coach)
Your role is to embody JD Gyms’ values and ensure every member leaves inspired and #FitnessJustGotSerious.
- Place member experience at the heart of everything you do—engage directly with guests, build connection, and deliver welcoming tours.
- Lead high-energy group fitness classes, ensuring sessions are engaging, well-paced, and fun for all attendees.
- Deliver informative enthэнius member inductions, ensuring all new genome ask гонercice of gym functionalities, safety protocols, and class offerings.
- Act as the welcoming point for prospects: provide personalised tours, answer questions, and support with membership enquiries.
- Conduct club standard checks to guarantees hygiene, cleanliness, and operational compliance—recording results accurately as part of JD Gyms’ record-keeping systems.
- Provide proactive member support—whether offering motivation or troubleshooting individual needs—while maintaining excellent timing, etiquette, and brand standards.
- Uphold built reactivity and cleanliness standards in line with JD Gyms’ gym management policies.
- Actively adapt with safety & regulatory compliance, continuously improving service quality based on performance metrics and member feedback.
- Has expertise in waste management, environmental policies, and demonstrated analytical skills to present insights for operational development.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience
- Nineteeth th sysat Eучения Certificate (EQF Level 4, i.e., Lite 3 in the UK): National Governing Body of the fitness industry-approved personal training courses required, Preferred experience includes group sessions.
