Role Description
The Fitness Coach will deliver remote coaching services to Muslim professionals, providing individualized fitness plans that align with clients’ work, family, and faith commitments. Day-to-day tasks include:

- Conducting virtual consultations
- Assessing clients’ fitness levels and goals
- Designing tailored workout programs
- Guiding clients through proper exercise technique and progression
- Collaborating on integrated fitness and lifestyle strategies
- Tracking client progress
- Adjusting programs based on data and feedback
- Maintaining regular communication through calls, messages, and online platforms

This is a contract role, requiring consistent availability for client sessions, check-ins, and support, while adhering to the company’s values and client-centered approach.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Fitness Training and Fitness Instruction, with the ability to design and adapt structured workout programs.
- Experience in Group Exercise settings, including leading virtual or in-person group sessions and fostering engagement.
- Knowledge of Nutrition principles to support clients’ health, energy, and sustainable weight management.
- Familiarity with the Fitness Industry, including current best practices, safety standards, and evidence-based coaching methods.
- Relevant certification in personal training, fitness coaching, or sports science; additional nutrition or health coaching credentials are an asset.
- Ability to coach remotely using digital tools, with strong communication, empathy, and cultural sensitivity, particularly when working with Muslim clients.
- Experience tailoring fitness plans to busy professionals, including founders, healthcare workers, and parents, is highly beneficial.
