Job Description
Everlast Gyms offers flexible agreement options:
- 8–16 hours per week, based on your experience and career goals
- Paid gym floor hours to balance client acquisition through initiatives like MOVE sessions, gym events, group training, and customer service
Core Responsibilities
- Drive new member sales and member retention
- Support the team in selling secondary high-margin products
- Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- When building a thriving PT client base, reduce gym floor hours to maximise earnings

Some clubs may not offer hourly contracts; in this case, freelance agreements may be available.
Qualifications Required
- Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification
- CIMSPA Practitioner Certificate
- Public Liability Insurance
