Role Overview
As a Membership Experience Assistant, your role is to deliver outstanding member journeys by ensuring every visit to JD Gyms is exceptional. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, engaging with members on the gym floor, delivering gym inductions, and leading dynamic group exercise classes.
Responsibilities
- Drive a world-class member experience by proactively engaging with gym visitors.
- Provide welcoming and engaging prospective member tours, aligned with JD Gyms brand standards.
- Lead engaging group exercise classes.
- Deliver informative member inductions to ensure all new members receive guidance.
- Assist prospective members with the joining process as needed.
- Conduct club standards checks, recording results accurately and in line with JD Gyms policies.
- Offer ad hoc member support when required.
- Ensure club cleanliness meets the highest JDS Gymnasium standards.
- Uphold JD Gyms brand compliance, including health and safety fulfillment.
- Monitor member feedback and service delivery metrics.
- Operate adhering to legal, safe, environmental, and waste management standards.
- Present key data to support operational improvements and development initiatives.
- Manage effectively while demonstrating consideration of energy/waste issues.

Qualifications:
- Level 3 (Equivalence Level 4) Personal Trainer qualification is essential.
