- Champion member experience by actively engaging with patrons on the gym floor.
- Provide **welcoming and engaging tours** for prospective members, aligning with JD Gyms’ **brand standards**.
- Deliver **informative and interactive member inductions**.
- Support new members with the **joining process** as needed.

Class Delivery & Club Standards
- Lead energetic group exercise classes.
- Conduct club cleanliness checks, recording results accurately and ensuring compliance with operations procedures.
- Maintain ** prohibitively high standards** in brand representation, health & safety, and environmental responsibility.
- Flag any standards lapses and follow Gym Management reporting protocols.
Enhancing Operations
- Act as on-the-spot ambassador, addressing member needs proactively.
- Monitor service performance and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Assess operational data for insights on member satisfaction and club efficiency.
- Promote energy/waste management initiatives and uphold JD Gyms’ pursuits.
Diversity & Development
- Articulate the importance of a superior member experience to colleagues.
- Actively participate in a culture of teamwork and local community engagement.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong fitness passion: Enthusiasm for health, wellbeing, and supporting members through their fitness journey.
- Brand ambassador: Embodies the JD Gyms values in every interaction and public-facing role.
- Training qualification: Must hold a Level 3 (EQF Level 4) Personal Trainer certification.
- Flexibility: Adapt to diverse member personalities and flex schedules as needed.
