About the Role
As a JD Gym Facilitator/Manager, your mission is to ensure every member has a world-class experience. This means delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining strict cleanliness standards, conducting member inductions, and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Prioritise member experience by engaging with them on the gym floor.
- Deliver welcoming prospective member tours that align with JD Gyms’ brand values.
- Teach engaging group exercise classes that inspire and engage.
- Conduct informative and interactive member inductions.
- Support prospective members with their enrolment process when required.
- Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately.
- Provide proactive member assistance when needed.
- Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness as directed by leadership.
- Uphold brand standards to ensure safety, legal compliance, and excellent service.
- Monitor performance and member feedback to drive continual improvement.
- Analyze key data for opportunities to enhance member experiences.

✔ A strong passion for fitness, health, wellbeing and supporting people. ✔ Represents JD Gyms’ brand values in every interaction. ✔ Enthusiastic, adaptable, resilient, and open to feedback. ✔ Can engage with diverse personalities effectively. ✔ Flexible in working hours to meet business needs. ✔ Values an environment of teamwork, community, and continuous growth. ✔ Minimum qualification: Level 3 (EFQ Level 4) Personal Trainer.
