About the Role
We are recruiting minimum Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers (or CIMSPA Practioner certified) to work within our cutting-edge Everlast Gyms, dedicated to helping members discover their ‘Greatness from within’.
As an Everlast Personal Trainer, you’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming members’ fitness journeys.

What You’ll Do
As an Everlast Personal Trainer, you’ll:
- Maintain 100% of your Personal Training income
- Earn supportive gym floor hours while scaling your business
- Receive dedicated marketing support to boost client acquisition
- Gain additional opportunities by running signature group training classes
- Showcase your expertise via our exclusive MOVE member onboarding program

Work Options
We offer flexible 8–16 hours per week based on experience, allowing you to:
- Focus on member sales and retention
- Participate in MOVE sessions, gym events, and challenges
- Deliver group training classes
- Provide mentioned customer service
- Scale your client base to reduce paid gym hours and maximise earnings
While most gyms offer a fixed-hour role, freelance options are available if hourly work isn’t suitable.
Key Responsibilities

Client Success:
- Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 sessions and foster long-term member relationships
- Drive voice-of-customer sales and retain members
- Promote group fitness classes as a secondary revenue opportunity

Professional Growth:
- Achieve cinch cleanliness and presentation standards in all brand interactions
- Identify opportunities for personal development through CPD and internal training

Team Support:
- Regulate professionalism and sportsmanship while representing Everlast’s values
- Provide supplementary services to increase profitability

Requirements
You need:
- A Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (or CIMSPA Pratson certification)
- Valid Public Liability Insurance
- A refreshing drive, fearless attitude and ownership mindset to match our innovative brand
Great prior gym experience or existing clients as a bonus.
