Roles Available
We’re looking for Fitness Coaches (employed) + Self-Employed Personal Trainers ( Sart) within JD Gyms.
Path to Success: A Win-Win Combo
- Part-Time Employed Fitness Coach (12 hours/week, 3 x 4-hour shifts) Earn a monthly salary and benefit from JD Gyms’ management career progression programmes to develop leadership skills.
- Self-Employed Personal Trainer Outside your employed coaching hours, you’ll operate your selfowned PT business from the club, accessing thousands of potential clients (existing + new members). Enjoy one of the lowest monthly rent rates in the industry, first-month rent free, and dedicated PT Business Support to help you grow.

Role Overview
Your purpose is simple: deliver an unforgettable member experience every time someone steps into a JD Gyms club. This means maintaining impeccable standards in cleanliness, engaging tours, leading inspiring group classes, conducting top-notch inductions, and supporting new members to join.
Responsibilities
- Member Experience is Everything – Engage actively on the gym floor, ensuring everyone feels welcome and motivated.
- Tours & Onboarding – Lead engaging potential member tours, and deliver thorough, informative gym inductions.
- Class Culture – Lead dynamic, high-energy group exercise classes that inspire attendance and results.
- Client Support – Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms, and address inquiries or issues swiftly.
- Club Standards compliance – Conduct detailed cleanliness and safety checks, keeping results accurate and consistent with JD Gyms’ policies.
- Safety & Hygiene First – Uphold the highest health & safety compliance, waste management, and environmental responsibility.
- Data-Driven Growth – Analyse member feedback and gym performance to propose new initiatives for improvement.
- Represent JD Gyms – Embody our brand values in every interaction, ensuring how we work reflects our commitment to members and the community.
