Fitness Expert [$50 - $101/hour]
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver insights and expertise in fitness, exercise, and nutrition to inform the development of advanced AI systems
- Collaborate in pairs with other fitness professionals based on mutual availability to provide well-rounded, high-fidelity feedback on project content
- Review, critique, and improve materials related to workout programming, nutrition plans, and general wellness guidance
- Create and evaluate sample fitness programs and nutrition plans for a range of client personas and goals
- Produce detailed written explanations and engage in clear verbal communication to articulate concepts and suggestions for system improvement
- Participate in project meetings, feedback sessions, and collaborative assignments focused on enhancing AI understanding of fitness topics
- Consistently provide availability to fulfill a minimum engagement of 15 hours per week

- Experience as a personal trainer, nutritionist, or fitness expert
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients across diverse fitness levels, backgrounds, and goals
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex fitness and nutrition topics clearly and concisely
- Experience designing or reviewing customized workout and nutrition plans
- Comfort collaborating remotely with other professionals and using digital tools for communication and documentation
- Ability to adapt feedback style to different audiences, from technical project leads to non-technical stakeholders
- Interest in the future of technology and AI, and curiosity to participate in shaping innovative solutions in the health and wellness domain
