Fitness and Reformer Pilates Instructor
The award-winning One Spa has an exciting opportunity for a Fitness and Reformer Pilates Instructor. One Spa will be Edinburgh’s latest 6-bed reformer studio – this is your chance to be involved from the beginning and help shape our success.
Working Hours
Working full time, 40 hours per week with the earliest start time being 06.30 and the latest finish time being 22.30.

Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of the Fitness Manager, ensure the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of the fitness operation.
- Ensure all clientele are given the highest standard of fitness instruction required.
- Offer professional advice, motivate, and encourage clients in the pursuit of their fitness goals through regular fitness assessments and regularly updated exercise programs.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for the safety and comfort of its users.
- Remain vigilant with exercise techniques and ensure safe usage of all equipment in the gym area and offer assistance where needed.
- Attend all training courses and department meetings as deemed necessary.
- Ensure guest areas, including locker areas and fitness areas, are kept clean and up to standard, following our Commitment to Clean guidelines.

Attributes Required
- A minimum of REPS Level 2 or equivalent is required for this role.
- Experience of working with spa/gym booking and scheduling software.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
- Excellent understanding of client care and five-star standards.
- Maintain a high standard of personal fitness.
- Committed, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
- Ability to work reactively and proactively.
- Ability to work as part of a dedicated and passionate team.
