Fitness Instructor
Conduct fitness inductions, evaluations, and support guest journeys Deliver training programs tailored to individual needs and goals Motivate and guide members on the gym floor; lead small group classes Monitor client attendance, equipment use, and support daily gym operations Handle bookings, schedules, and admin for all fitness activities and programs Provide expert advice on exercise, equipment use, and injury prevention Cover fitness classes when needed and manage instructor schedules Deliver personal training sessions, develop your PT client base, and maintain records Ensure all tasks meet the high service standards set by the Fitness Manager Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and service standards of fitness areas
Requirements
- Proven experience in personal training, group fitness, and wellness program delivery
- Strong ability to tailor programs to individual goals, injuries, and fitness levels
- Consistently upholds high service, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Professional, friendly, and proactive when interacting with clients and team members
- Skilled in handling bookings, schedules, and fitness administration
- Flexible and reliable with class coverage and changing guest needs
- Passionate about motivating others and creating a positive fitness environment
- Committed to continuous improvement and exceeding service expectations
