Fitness Manager

More About Your Role
As Fitness Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the entire fitness team. The fitness team ensures all individual & Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Programming targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the management team, reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
- Provide KPIs and financial budgetary information
- Manage the class timetable, including group exercise classes
- Oversee and contribute to the long-term strategy for fitting function development

More About You
- Experience developed in fitness industry (or military physical training) preferred, with the aim to continue in a managerial role
- Comfortable delivering fitness training while also focusing on long-term strategy planning
- NVQ level 3 in fitness (or equivalent) is essential
