Role Description

This is a part-time, remote Fitness Specialist role focused on supporting clients through virtual fitness and wellness programs. The Fitness Specialist will design and lead individualized and group exercise sessions, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and aligned with client health goals and MantraCare’s holistic care model.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Assessing fitness levels
  • Creating tailored exercise plans
  • Monitoring client progress
  • Adjusting programs based on feedback and outcomes
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams
  • Providing clear instructions and motivation
  • Delivering high-quality customer service through digital platforms and communication tools

The Fitness Specialist will help clients build sustainable habits that complement AI-driven and expert-supported health interventions.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Fitness Instruction and Group Exercise to plan, demonstrate, and guide safe, effective workouts in virtual settings.
  • Knowledge of the Fitness Industry and Exercise Physiology to design evidence-based programs that address diverse health and wellness needs.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to build trust, respond to inquiries, and maintain a supportive, client-centered approach across digital channels.
  • Certification in personal training, group fitness, or a related discipline (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM) is highly beneficial.
  • Experience delivering remote or hybrid fitness programs and familiarity with digital health or telehealth platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary, global team are essential.
