Job Title: Fitting Room Assistant
Location: Boundary Outlet - Sheffield
Hours: 18 hours a week working 3 days out of 7

Boundary Outlet is a shopping destination offering premium brands at outlet prices. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and the fitting room plays a key role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.
Role Overview:
As a Fitting Room Assistant, you’ll ensure customers enjoy a comfortable and efficient experience while trying on clothing. You’ll maintain the fitting room’s cleanliness and organisation while assisting customers with their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in the fitting room area.
- Organise and manage clothing items, ensuring they are returned to the correct areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the fitting room area.
- Monitor the number of items customers take into the fitting room and ensure security measures are followed.
- Provide advice or assistance with sizing and product recommendations.
- Support the wider team with stock replenishment and tidying during quieter periods.

- A friendly and approachable individual with excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
