About us

Assured Hire is the Fixed Fee hiring service from HST Hiring, a specialist recruitment firm operating nationwide. We help firms hire without the uncertainty of traditional contingency recruitment fees β€” offering a fixed, transparent cost with service-level guarantees built in.

The opportunity

We're looking for well-connected, commercially minded individuals to introduce Assured Hire to firms who are hiring. No recruitment experience required β€” just credibility, a good network, and an ear for when a business is looking to grow its team.

At this stage, we're simply looking for warm introductions: you make the connection, we take it from there β€” running the client meeting, pricing, paperwork and delivery. You're paid commission once the client signs off.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
