Your role
We are seeking a senior structurer to play a leading role within our Fixed Income Structuring team, with a particular focus on credit markets. The role combines product origination, client engagement, advanced structuring and pricing, and some leadership responsibility.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the structuring, pricing, execution, and documentation of complex fixed income transactions across OTC and structured note formats Act as a senior point of reference for credit markets, contributing to product strategy, risk discussion, and desk wide innovation Originate trade ideas and client solutions, working closely with sales to engage directly with clients, understand their objectives, and deliver tailored outcomes Design, model, and price bespoke payoffs across credit and rates products, including scenario analysis, stress testing, and lifecycle risk management Provide deep expertise on documentation, including ISDA, credit annexes, and structured note documentation, coordinating with legal, operations, and risk to ensure robust execution Lead and mentor junior structurers, setting technical standards, reviewing work, and supporting their development Drive platform and process improvements, including enhancement of analytical tools, pricers, automation of pricing runs, and scalable trade processes Collaborate closely with trading, sales, risk, legal, and compliance, exercising sound judgment expected of a senior front office professional

The team operates at the intersection of markets, clients, and risk, combining quantitative structuring with commercial judgment. As a senior member of the team, you will shape the direction of the franchise and play a key role in developing talent and maintaining strong internal and external relationships

Your expertise
We are looking for a highly experienced fixed income structurer with strong credit market credentials, including:
Extensive experience in fixed income structuring, with deep expertise in credit products and markets Strong understanding of pricing and risk management of fixed income derivatives, including credit linked instruments and hybrids Proven experience with ISDA documentation and structured notes, including close involvement in deal documentation and execution Demonstrated ability to originate ideas, engage with clients, and support sales in a client facing capacity Experience leading or mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high performing team culture Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear client solutions Degree from a leading university in a numerate, economics, finance, or business discipline Fluency in written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous Proficiency in a programming language (e.g. Python, VBA, or similar) is preferred The integrity, judgment, and professionalism required for a regulated senior front office role at a major investment bank
