Flagship Retail General Manager

Samsung Flagship Retail, General Manager at Harrods (London) – Maternity Cover Role

Are you passionate about technology and looking for a retail management position at a well-known luxury department store? If yes, this Flagship Retail, General Manager role at Harrods, London, could be perfect for you—this is a 12-month maternity cover contract.

Overall Purpose and Responsibilities

As the Flagship Retail General Manager, your stance will be to:

  • Lead the team through inspirational leadership to reflect Samsung’s ethos of connected innovation for customers and staff.
  • Ensure operational excellence via:
    • Strategic planning
    • HR management
    • Delivery against Flagship Retail KPIs
  • Handle challenges efficiently while adapting to business evolution, all under pressure.
  • Nurture team growth by embodying Stellar Global and Samsung Flagship Retail values, demonstrating humility, maturity, and support.
  • Cultivate a diverse, inclusive culture through role modeling.

What We Offer

  • Annual Salary: £45,000 – £47,000
  • Flexible Hours: 40 hours/week, Fully Flex Mon-Sun
  • Contract Type: Fixed term (12 months, maternity cover)
  • Bonus Scheme: Performance-based incentives
