Job Description
What we are offering:
A full time Stock Controller position, for our boutique in Kings Road.
On a day-to-day basis at Maje, you will :
Maintain an organised, clean, and efficient stockroom environment
Manage stock intake, support with deliveries and transfers when needed all in line with company procedures
Support the store manager and team with accurate stock counts and participate in regular inventory checks.
Monitor stock levels and report any discrepancies promptly to their line manager.
Process and fulfil online orders accurately and within the agreed timeframes
Pick, pack and dispatch orders following company guidelines
Troubleshoot fulfilment issues and liaise with store manager and customer services when needed.
Process online returns efficiently and within the company guidelines
Work closely with the sales floor team to ensure product availability
Communicate effectively with management regarding operational performance. Working for Maje is:
